I have bought this watermaker ,it needs a new ro membrane ( about £ 100 )but otherwise works fine .It is quite an old model and looks quite well made . It is 110v so with a 240v system I could use a stepper as used ind the building trade for 110v power tools. it is a 6 gph but if you use two ro membranes this would double to 12

By your last email you have a six hour drive to get to your boat? That's madness! It won't be easy having it so far away from you as we have a difficult time doing the work we need to do and WE LIVE ON THEM.

I've added a link to your blog on my blog. Happy measuring!

Not a six hour drive Tana ,13 hours and 620 miles .It was a fair haul but I quite enjoyed it ,the company of my son Edward helped a lot.The distance is a problem but one day I shall bring her much nearer.I am lucky in having some one looking after her and organising some labour at very reasonable rates.

Nice site! I doubt that you will have any problem getting what you need to make this (the watermaker)a positive adition to all the other C*ap that we need to make a boat just right.

There are various companies out there that deal with all the bits after all they are usually made of other manufacturers proprietry products.
